When you join STATION F for the first time, your "startup owner" or "team admin" (usually the CEO of the company) has to create new users for all team members.
When he/she adds team members to HAL, you will automatically receive an email to proceed with the creation of your HAL account.
If you are 100% sure that this was done and that you have not received your email, please follow these steps:
- check your spam folder
- add email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book.
- wait 1 hour
Then if nothing happens, please write to email@example.com with your personal and startup information.
