If you need to make changes to a meeting room reservation, no worries! Just head over to HAL and find your booking under Meeting Rooms. You'll see a little trash icon on the right side—just click that to delete the reservation.
Once that's done, you're all set to book a new meeting room for your preferred time. Easy peasy!
