STATION F, the world's largest startup campus, welcomes new members exclusively through its programs. We offer around 30 programs in total, with two managed directly by the STATION F team. Here’s everything you need to know about them 👇
In-house programs
F/ai
Launched in January 2026, F/ai is the go-to place to build AI in Europe. It brings together leading tech and AI companies like OpenAI, Mistral, Google, Meta, and more, along with venture capital firms and early-stage startups, creating a great community focused on AI.

Founders Program 2.0 (currently on pause)
The Founders Program is the main and most selective in-house program at STATION F, designed for early-stage companies. We focus on three key areas: building a strong team, finding product-market fit, and securing early-stage funding.
This program has two phases, providing everything you need to grow your company. You can call STATION F home for up to 18 months, including an intensive 3-month program at the start.
You’ll also have the chance to work with top advisors from companies like Alan, Swile, Pigment, and more, who will offer guidance on strategic topics throughout the program.
Each team member gets full access to STATION F, including the entire campus and its resources: over 100 business and lifestyle perks, workshops with experienced entrepreneurs, office hours with operational experts, regular networking events, and much more.

Fighters Program 2.0
Since 2018, we've supported nearly 100 startups founded by entrepreneurs from underrepresented and disadvantaged backgrounds. Five of these startups have been featured in the Future 40, which highlights the most promising startups on campus each year.
The Fighters Program aims to make entrepreneurship accessible to everyone, regardless of background or training. It provides the right resources and guidance to motivated entrepreneurs ready to develop their projects.
The program is split into two parts:
Round 1 - Strengthening the fundamentals
- 1 month to refine your project with Launch by STATION F
- Round 1 acts as a springboard, including entrepreneur talks, access to Launch by STATION F, support meetings, and peer networking. Startups join us on campus twice a week.
- Top participants are selected for Round 2 based on their dedication, motivation, and ambition.
Round 2 - Joining STATION F!
- 6 months of access to STATION F’s best resources
- Selected startups work independently while benefiting from campus resources, partner access, and a dedicated workspace.

This program is completely free.

- Access to the Create zone with 2 desks (for 2 users in Round 2)
- Unlimited monthly invitations to the zone
- Access to the intranet and STATION F network

Not a program but a landing platform
A space for early-stage startups to explore STATION F before choosing a program.
The Landing Zone at STATION F isn’t a formal program. It lets companies work at STATION F while they prepare to join one of the 30+ programs available on campus.
- Start with foundational training, then access all of STATION F’s resources.
- Join a supportive community with mentorship and guidance at every step.
- Office hours with experts to help you tackle challenges.

Good to know
You can apply to multiple programs, but you can only participate in one at a time. Startups can stay at STATION F for up to 2 years, going through 3-4 different programs before moving on.
