Are you joining campus soon? Maybe as a founder, a startup employee or even a partner organization? Here is what you need to know about your arrival on campus.
How do I sign-up for an onboarding?
When you first join STATION F, the startup owner or team admin (typically the company's CEO) must create new user profiles for all team members in our online platform.
Once added to HAL, team members will automatically receive an email to set up their HAL account.
If you haven't received an email from HAL (STATION F's intranet), you won't be able to complete the first phase of onboarding, which is virtual.
If you're sure the email was sent, please follow these steps:
- Check your spam folder
- Add hal@stationf.co and contact@stationf.co to your address book
- Wait for 1 hour
- Contact your team admin
If you still haven't received an email after these steps, please contact help@stationf.co with your personal and startup information.
2-step onboarding (online & on campus)
This is the first part of your onboarding process and it's essential to complete it to secure a slot for your on-campus onboarding. This will take only a few minutes to fill out and is mandatory. If you're unsure whether you've received the email, please contact your startup, your program, or help@stationf.co.
Once you have finished your virtual onboarding, you can sing-up for an on-campus onboarding slot (this is when you will receive your badge). You will not be able to finish your onboarding or be given a badge without completing a virtual onboarding first.
How I can change my onboarding date?
If you cannot attend your chosen day, please refer to the latest email you received about your onboarding session. Click on the link provided to access the onboarding page in HAL.
Once you're there, click on the Change button to select a new onboarding session that better suits your schedule. It's that easy! If you have any questions or need help, don't hesitate to contact us at help@stationf.co.
If there are no available onboarding slots, what should be the next step?
If you can't find an available onboarding slot, it means the session is full and you'll have to chose from the available sessions. If you need help, feel free to reach out to us via email at help@stationf.co.
What to expect on the day of the on-campus onboarding?
You have finished your virtual onboarding, now comes the on-campus onboarding. This is when you will receive your badge.
On the day of your onboarding, please begin by checking in at the front desk to notify us of your arrival (be sure to arrive early, these are group sessions!). Following this, we will take a photo of you for your STATION F badge. Once you have your picture taken, you will participate in our mandatory onboarding presentation. This presentation is essential as it provides all the necessary information including safety information that we are legally required to present to all residents. The session lasts between 30 and 45 minutes and once it’s finished, you’ll have everything you need to kickstart your journey at STATION F.
