What is Answer Bot?
Our brand new feature, Answer Bot, is designed to provide answers to simple support questions like How to book a meeting room? or How do I get my mail @ Station F?. You can access it via the #help channel in Slack.
But, how to use it?
1. Ask a simple and concrete question in English. Make sure to include a question mark (?).
2. Answer Bot will suggest an answer from our Help Center articles.
3. If the suggested article helps you, click on Yes. It means you have found your answer :)
4. If the suggested article seems incorrect, click on No to help us improve the feature. This is only the test phase.
How to create a ticket
If you still need help after clicking on No, you can create a ticket by clicking on Submit a Request.
Here's how it works:
- Fill in the fields with your request:
- Subject and Description are mandatory fields. If you're unsure about the rest, you can leave them blank, we will do the rest. Take a look at this exemple:
- Once you've filled in the mandatory fields, click on Submit to send the ticket. Please note that the tickets you create in this channel will be public and added to the thread. This only applies to the original ticket. If you continue to communicate with the team via email, those exchanges will not appear.
- You can now wait patiently. The Station F support team will reach out asap :)
