My badge has been demagnetized

Here is what you need to do: 

1. 1. Go to your HAL account at Badge Lost.
   2. Request a new badge and wait for the confirmation email.
   3. Once confirmed, visit the reception desk to collect your new badge.

🆘 In case you find yourself inside the building without your badge, just give a call to Security at +33 767004001, and they'll assist you promptly.
