Please follow the steps below:
- If the "STATION F" Wi-Fi does not work at all, try the "STATION F - Guests" network (if the Wi-Fi is slow, there is no need to try the guest network)
- Forget and reconnect your networks
- Reboot your computer
- Check Slack to see if STATION F staff is not undergoing maintenance operations.
Let us know via the Help section on HAL! Create a Wi-Fi ticket under the "IT / Internet / Audio and Video" tab with:
- Your computer type
- The OS that you use (windows, osx 13.3.2, android 7.1, ...)
- A screenshot of your issue (important for us to have)
