What is HAL 2?
HAL 2 is the latest version of our intranet, HAL. When you onboard at STATION F, you get access to it and can manage your day-to-day life there β in particular, booking rooms and inviting guests.
I can't log in for the first time, what should I do?
To sign in, use your email address and the password you set during your virtual onboarding. If you've just arrived at STATION F, your access might not be active yet β the synchronization between HAL 1 and HAL 2 could still be in progress. This sync runs on our side several times a week, so it's totally normal for a new arrival's access to still be catching up.
My credentials keep getting rejected, why?
Give your login details a careful once-over first β nine times out of ten, that's the issue. If you're sure your credentials are correct, it's likely the HAL 1 β HAL 2 synchronization hasn't caught up yet (see above).
I've waited more than 72 business hours and still can't log in β now what?
Contact the STATION F team using the ticket feature on HAL 1: hal.stationf.co/support/create-ticket, under IT & Tech β Other Technical Issue. We'll check your account and kick off the synchronization if it hasn't happened yet.
