When someone from your organization books one of the rooms below, every member of your organization can open it with their own STATION F badge. The person who made the booking doesn't need to be there.
Which rooms does this apply to?
- Boardrooms
- Meeting rooms in SHARE
- Junior Stage
- Creativity Room
When does my badge work?
For these rooms, your badge opens the door:
- from 15 minutes before your booking starts,
- until 15 minutes after it ends.
If your organization has back-to-back bookings in the same room, your badge keeps working between the two slots.
Can my guests open the room?
No. A guest can never open a booked room on their own. A member of your organization must be there to let them in.
Badge not working?
- Check that the booking was made by your organization, and that you're within the access window.
- Check that you're a member of that organization in HAL 2. New members may need up to 72 business hours to sync. See Understanding the Sync Between HAL 1 and HAL 2.
