Changing Credit Cards
Please note that we will refund your deposit to the same card used for the original payment of the security deposit. If that card is no longer in use, please contact us, and we will transfer your refund to the provided bank account. Be sure to do this before checking out.
I Didn’t Get Debited; The Payment Failed. What Can I Do?
The payment will automatically be reissued in five days. However, you can attempt to pay the invoice at any time by going to your Flatmates space and selecting the relevant invoice. If needed, you can also reach out to the team by creating a ticket.
