KPIs exist on HAL 1 only and give you access to certain benefits depending on your status. When you arrive at STATION F, you start as a Padawan. As you complete levels and fill in your KPIs, you can progress to Sensei status and unlock more free credits for meeting room reservations and invitations. You can check your status here.
We treat your KPIs with the utmost confidentiality: the STATION F team does not have access to them. When you enter your KPIs on HAL 1, you can choose whether to share your full KPIs with your Program Manager, and you can change this setting at any time. Within your own company, only Team Admins can view and update the KPIs.
Note: as we transition from HAL 1 to HAL 2, it's mandatory to keep your KPIs up to date in order to retain your benefits on HAL 2 (used for bookings and invitations). We recommend updating them during the first week of each month.
