Chances are you're seeing one status in HAL 1 and a lower one in HAL 2 — here's why, and what to do about it.
Why does my status differ between HAL 1 and HAL 2?
Your gamification status gives you access to certain benefits. To keep your status — and those benefits — you need to fill out your KPIs regularly, once a month. If you don't, the system automatically downgrades your status.
This process still happens entirely in HAL 1 in the Manage Team section (Admins only). On the first of every month, team admins are asked to complete their KPIs to stay at their current level. If they don't, their status drops — for example, from Sensei to Padawan.
This will eventually be phased out once the transition to HAL 2 is complete, but in the meantime, this is how it works.
Why am I Sensei in HAL 1 but Padawan in HAL 2?
If you see a higher status in HAL 1 than in HAL 2, it usually means your KPIs were submitted a bit late, and you'll need to wait for the next sync to catch up.
How long should I wait?
Allow up to 72 business hours (weekends don't count). If your status still hasn't updated after that, create a ticket in HAL 1 under IT & Tech -> Other Technical Issue and we'll take a look.
