If you don't want to use the printer driver, or you need to print but don't have a computer with you, it is possible to print one or multiple documents via e-mail.
This functionality allows you to :
- Print from a smartphone
- Force single-sided or black and white printing
- Not have to install the printer driver
How to send documents to STATION F printers via e-mail?
Using the e-mail address that you use to log into HAL, send an email to printers@presta-stationf.co
You must attach every document you need to print to the email. By default, each document you attach will cost 2 credits. To print in Black & White, you must specify it following the instructions below.
How to specify single-sided or black and white?
To force simplex or black & white printing, you must modify the filename of your attachment.
For single-sided printing: add "simplex_" at the beginning of the filename.
For double-sided printing: add "duplex_" at the beginning of the filename.
To force black & white printing: add "black_" at the beginning of the filename.
If you want to apply both options to the same file, add "simplex_black_" at the beginning of the filename.
