Things to Check
- Ensure your file format is supported. Our printers accept PDF, WORD, TXT, IMAGE, and others, but not PPT or non-text editor files.
- Verify that your Team Admin has added printing credits to your account on HAL.
The printers are still not printing my document:
- Check if the document is in the printer queue on your computer.
- Look for an orange light on the printer's screen.
- If present, follow the error instructions. An exclamation point next to the date indicates a hidden error.
- Log out and re-scan your badge on the printer.
- If the issue persists, please create a ticket on HAL with your computer specs and printer locations in STATION F.
