Managing Invitations in HAL 2 (for Non-Admins)

Overview

Since the migration from HAL to HAL 2, all invitations (both free and paid) are now managed directly within HAL 2. 

The way invitations work depends on:

• Your role (Admin, Organizer or Member)
• The type of invitation (CREATE or SHARE)

Understanding Roles

Admin

• Can send CREATE and SHARE invitations on behalf of their organization or as an individual
• Can manage organization settings
• Can track invitation usage in Settings → Billing 
• Can purchase additional invitation credits in Settings → Billing 

Organizer 

• Can send CREATE and SHARE invitations on behalf of their organization or as an individual
• Do not have access to organization settings or billing

Member

• Can send CREATE and SHARE invitations using personal credits
• Do not have access to organization settings or billing

⚠️ Important
Members can send CREATE invitations using personal credits only. If you need to use organization invitations, simply ask your Team Admin or Organizer to take care of it. SHARE invitations, however, are free for everyone at STATION F, Members, Organizers, and Admins.

How to invite a guest to the SHARE zone

You can invite a guest in two ways:

New invitation

• Go to your Guest list
• Click on Invite
• Select the SHARE zone
• Choose the date
• Enter the guest’s details
• Click Send

Re-invite a guest

• Go to your Guest list
• Select the guest
• Click on the three dots (⋯)
• Change the date
• Click Re-invite

How to invite a guest to the CREATE zone

As a User, invitations are sent using your personal credits.

• Personal credits can be purchased in the Billing tab. 
• Credits will be prompted when you try to send a personal invitation
• Invoices are available directly on the platform

You can invite a guest in two ways:

New invitation

• Go to your Guest list
• Click on Invite 
• Select the CREATE zone
• Choose the date
• Select Invite as: Personal
• Enter the guest’s details
• Click Send

Re-invite a guest

• Go to your Guest list
• Select the guest
• Click on the three dots (⋯)
• Change the date
• Click Re-invite
