Javier, our brand-new chatbot, is designed to help you find information about the campus—faster and easier than ever. This is our very first version, and we’d love for as many people as possible to test it, use it, and challenge it. 🚀

What is Javier?

Javier is an AI-powered chatbot that can answer your questions about:

• The building and facilities
• Campus activities and life
• How to navigate HAL & HAL 2
• Onboarding, offboarding & transfers
• Visits and guests
• How to reach the right team
• Wi-Fi & printers
• …and many other practical topics related to our campus

Think of Javier as your first stop when you’re looking for quick answers.

What can I ask Javier?

You can ask any question related to the campus, for example:

• “How does onboarding work?”
• “Who should I contact for IT issues?”
• “How do I connect to the Wi-Fi?”
• “Can I organize a visit?”
• “Where are the printers?”

If it’s about the campus, chances are Javier can help—or will learn from it 👀

Where can I find Javier?

Javier is currently only available on HAL 2. To access it:

1. Go to HAL 2: https://hal2.stationf.co/
2. Click on the question mark (?) icon & "Get Support"
3. Start chatting with Javier 💬

Is this the final version?

Nope — and that’s on purpose 😉

This is a first version, which means:

• Javier is still learning
• Some answers may not be perfect
• There’s room for improvement (a lot!)

That’s why your tests and questions really matter.
