At STATION F, startups may request a program transfer, provided they haven’t been on campus for more than two years.
How to request a transfer:
- Go to the Manage Startup section on HAL.
- Both your current and new programs must approve the request.
- STATION F staff will then finalize the transfer.
Important rules:
- Only team admins can submit a transfer request.
- You can participate in a maximum of two to three programs during your time at STATION F.
- Transfers are not allowed for private office requests.
- You cannot request a transfer if you've been offboarded. In such cases, please contact us directly.
- If you've been on campus for more than two years, the only way to remain is by joining the Graduate Zone. For more details, click here.
During a transfer, the startup’s account is fully migrated. Team members will retain their printer credits, badges, lockers, and HAL and Slack accounts—nothing will change for them.
