Are you joining campus soon—whether as a founder, startup employee, or part of a partner organization? Here's what you need to know about your arrival at STATION F.
How do I sign up for onboarding?
When you first join STATION F, the startup owner or team admin (usually the company’s CEO) must create a user profile for each team member on our online platform, HAL.
Once added to HAL, team members will automatically receive an email to set up their HAL account. If you haven’t received an email from HAL, you won’t be able to complete the first phase of onboarding, which is virtual.
If you believe the email was sent, please follow these steps:
- Check your spam folder.
- Add hal@stationf.co and contact@stationf.co to your address book.
- Wait for one hour.
- Contact your team admin.
If you still haven’t received an email after these steps, please reach out to help@stationf.co with your personal details and startup information.
2-Step Onboarding: Virtual & On-Campus
The first step of your onboarding process is the virtual onboarding. Completing this is essential to secure your spot for the on-campus session. It only takes a few minutes and is mandatory. If you're unsure whether you've received the email, please contact your startup, program manager, or reach out to help@stationf.co.
Once you’ve completed your virtual onboarding, you can sign up for an on-campus session, where you’ll receive your badge. Please note that you cannot finalize your onboarding or receive your badge without first completing the virtual onboarding.
How can I change my onboarding date?
If you can’t attend your selected date, refer to the most recent onboarding email you received. Click the link to access the HAL onboarding page.
From there, simply click the Change button to select a new session that fits your schedule. It’s easy! If you need any help, feel free to contact us at help@stationf.co.
What if there are no available onboarding slots?
If no slots are available, it means the session is full. You will need to choose from the remaining available sessions. For further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
What to expect on the day of your on-campus onboarding
After completing the virtual onboarding, it’s time for your on-campus session, where you’ll receive your STATION F badge.
On the day, please check in at the front desk upon arrival (we recommend arriving early as these are group sessions). We will take your photo for your badge, followed by a mandatory onboarding presentation. This session is important as it covers essential information, including safety protocols that we are legally required to provide to all residents. The presentation lasts 30 to 45 minutes, and once completed, you’ll have everything you need to get started at STATION F.
